A female cat burgler is discovered during a heist, but takes out a weapon and freezes the guard instantaneously. SELMA notices this in a tacky magazine, and Lambert suspects a fugitive from the future. He interviews the guard, and narrows it down to a rich woman. When he attends her party, he's attracted to her. After he leaves we find out that she's a twin. The twins appear to have some psychic connection that allows them to share each others feelings and experiences. That same night he breaks into her house, but is caught before he can steel the loot from her heist. He manages to convince her that he used to be a cop, but that he also is blackmailed by Sahmbi...

This leaves Melanie and Jennifer to work the booth and both end up soaked. But the Comic Book Store is packed and much to Alphie and Dee Dee's surprise their father has to interview Kendall Gill the very same day!

When a part time Sportscaster job becomes available, Frank's old visions of being a great announcer come back. He chokes and Carol gets the job which bums him out seeing himself stuck in an endless life of average. He snaps out of it when Carol tells him that to her he is a superstar. Ironically, when Carol denies the job, Cody ends up with it. Carol's health food kick has the kids buying their own junk food. This causes JT and Al to patrol the kitchen and endless fights over stealing each other's junk food. Finally, a food fight breaks out and when Cody tries to break it up, he is attacked from all sides. As a funny side note, in the middle of all this JT put glue in Dana's conditioner.

Pembleton is at odds with the detective he shares a desk with. Beau and his wife separate and Kay gets caught in the middle. Meldrick and Munch have plans to buy a bar and try to persuade Bolander to also become a partner. Bayliss agrees to become a ""silent"" partner. In passing, Crosetti is said to be in Atlantic City on a ""shots, slots and sluts"" dream vacation.

Overton catches them kissing in the hallway and throws a bucket of water on Kyle, ruining his suit. Meanwhile, Regine decides to become a vegetarian, and forces her beliefs on her roommates by throwing out all the meat. Khadijah plots to convert her back to meat-eating by holding a barbecue and giving her nothing to eat but celery. Regine does not give in, but she and her friends agree to respect each other's values. After a pep talk from Synclaire, Olivia finally musters the courage to ask her brother to stop treating her like a kid. Tag: Kyle douses Overton with water, then puts out fire with one drop. John (Henton) waves and says good night to audience.
