But when a planned living room feature is threatened, the couple could start to regret their decision unless Jonathan can work his usual magic in time for move-in day.

With little knowledge of restoration, Gwyn and Kate boldly set about turning the dilapidated building into a family home using masses of concrete after taking advice from an architect friend. The couple are hoping to create a hydraulic glass wall that opens up one side of the house to form a UV-filtered canopy, and there are also plans for a white roof extension that resembles a diving board.

What seems like a good gesture of Willie and Korie's part turns into conflict between two brothers due to a lack of personal space. Then, what begins in the duck call room as a series of "Gentlemen's Bets," turns into a series of bets outside the Duck Call Room as well, eventually leading them to the ultimate challenge at Phil and Kay's house--helping Phil get a wheelbarrow down from a tree.
